Trials Pulse has a powerful search experience, with an "advanced settings" option that ensures you get the updates you care about.
By default, when you have more than one topic in the same search bar group, the relationship between topics is OR. This means search results will reflect as topic 1 OR topic 2 etc.

- Eg. I want to see the latest updates for clinical trials by Novartis or Eli Lilly.
If you'd like to see results for topic 1 AND topic 2, click + AND to bring up an additional search bar group and add your topic(s) there.

- Eg. I want to see what clinical trials Pfizer and BioNTech are collaborating on.
